Jake Starr -- The On-Air Personality

Jake Starr was born on the airwaves of a pair of satellite/internet-based radio stations in West Texas. He ultimately is a combination of the man "behind the mask," and the ego-driven persona I knew needed to be there to command the audience.

It took some work, but thanks to two specific mentors, I evolved into a persona that produced a product I was happy with, but most importantly, those listening were happy with. Along with their guidance, it took some hard times to teach me how to be the persona I created for radio, and be the person I needed to be outside in the real world as well.

I learned the cruelty of radio, and learned how to grow from it. As much as it sucked, I am better now than I ever would have been without it.

As a die-hard fan of wrestling, when I first discovered e-fedding back in 1994 or 1995 (maybe 1996 I don't remember exactly), I knew it was a game I needed to jump into. Hell, I even remember my first fed. It was WOW, World Online Wrestling. From there I moved on to the OWF, which will always be my "home" in the game.

Right now I reside up in Junction City, KS, where my better half is going to grad school.

I am a fan of computers and video games; I listen to music and attend concerts; I love hockey and bowling; I work hard to make a living for myself and my wife-to-be. All-in-all, I don't see myself as someone special. I see myself as an everyday person.
